Deed of Substitution between Clare Margaret Hunter, Michael Henry Hunter and others dated 1^st December 1975 of properties mortgaged in the Michaelchurch Court Estate. The deed is supplemental to a Mortgage dated 8^th January 1963 on freehold property known as Wilderness farm, Grove farm, Michaelchurch Court and gardens including the Lodge, Gardeners cottages and Barn Cottage, and the Court Lands [all part of the Michaelchurch Court Estate], which properties are substituted by Michaelchurch Court, Home farm and lands described in a schedule to the deed.
