Beneficiaries: To David Lewis, son of his brother William Lewis, his messuage in Walterstone and £30 when he reaches the age of 21. If he dies before this, £15 to go to '…Mrs Anne Delahay of Alterinis in Walterstone …' and £15 to David Lewis his brother. The latter is to have £10 more. To Margaret Gunter, one of the daughters of Phillip Gunter, £2. To 'Marry' Christopher, one of the daughters of Thomas Christopher, 5/-. To Elizabeth Gunter, one of the daughters of Francis Gunter, £2 [5/- is scribbled out]. To funeral expenses, £5. To Anne Powell, his servant, 20/-. To his brother David [parchment torn here], Lewis's son, William, a brass kettle [?].

His 'well-beloved friends' David Price of Cwmyoy , and '…my Mrs An[ ne ] Delahay of Alterinis …' to be joint executors.
