Mannors of Urishay, Trelleshope & Clothy Hopkin.
To Thomas Jones bayleif of the said Mannors.
These are in his majesties name to will & require you forthwith to give due and lawful summons to all and singular the inhabitants tenants & resiants within the said mannors that they and every of them be personally appear before me at the usual place of court keeping within the said mannors on Tuesday the eighteenth day of this instant October by ten of the clock in the forenoon of the same day at the court Leet of our sovereign lord the king & view of frank pledge. And also the court baron of John Delahay esq. lord of the said mannors then & there to do suit. And you are likewise required to give due and lawful summons to twenty four able freeholders that are tenants within the said mannors that they and every of them be & personally appear before me at the same place aforesaid, at the said court to be sworn & impannelled to enquire for our sovereign lord the king & the lord of the said mannors of all suc matters and things as shall be given them in charge, and have you then & there the names of the said inhabitants yenants resiants jurors & this precept. Given under my hand & seal the 13th day of October 1743.
