1 Will: dated 28 May 1649 .
Beneficiaries:
To sister, Anne, all the messuage, lands buildings etc. in St Margarets currently occupied by Hugh Williams, for the next 21 years from the death of the testator. After 21 years it is all to pass to eldest son, Richard Price.
To wife,
Elizabeth , the house and land in St Margarets where the testator dwells until such time as his son John reaches 21. In the meantime, the estate is to be used to maintain the two sons. On John reaching 21 he is to be paid £200 from the profits of the estate and the estate itself to pass to his brother Richard.
To wife Elizabeth, all goods cattle and chattels towards the settling of debts and funeral expenses.

Observations:

The documents include a bond  dated 29 October 1649 with bounden  Elizabeth Price of St Margarets, widow and Walter Phillipps of the same, gent in a surety of £50
Because the appointed executor, John, was a minor his mother, as guardian, was appointed by the commissioner to undertake the duties.
