1. Will: dated 12 March 1832
Beneficiaries: To James Farr, All his freehold estates lying in St Margarets and Newton in trust for his wife Catherine to receive all the rents and profits during her lifetime and then his daughter Elizabeth, wife of Robert Francis junior, to receive them free of the control of her husband or any future husband she might have. On
Elizabeth 's death the property to go to her lawful issue as tenants in common and not joint tenants.
Should
Elizabeth die without issue then the property is to pass to Elizabeth, daughter of his nephew Edmund Seabourne of The Burnthouse, Newton and to Richard Waters, nephew of his wife as tenants in common.
To Catherine, wife, all cattle, corn, household goods and chattels
His executors are empowered to raise a mortgage of £150 on the property to pay off his debts funeral and probate expenses
