A cottage occupied by (2) with a garden and 2 acres of land, together with 2 other acres of land adjoining the land of Thomas Evans, all being on Upper Mescoed.

For the lives of Thomas Prichard, son of (2) aged about 35, Ann wife of the said Thomas Prichard, aged about 40 and Catherine, daughter of (2), aged about 22.

Rent: 1/- with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: Thomas Price and John Gilbert.
