(2) Howard Griffitts of par St Margarett’s, butcher

A cottage and 4 acres of land adjoining in the possession of (2) being inclosed on Upper Mescoed (boundaries given).

For lives of (2), Jane his wife, Jane daughter of James Morris of par St Margarett’s, blacksmith.

Rent 5/- with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: W Langford and William Osman.

Memo re Jane Morgan (nee Morris) of St Margaret’s par, widow, the only surviving life within named, who surrenders to (1).  A new lease to be make to Abraham Mills of par St Margaret’s, flax dresser, for lives of Abraham, Jane Morgan and Joan wife of Abraham.  5 Aug, 1783. Witnesses Jane Morgan and Nicholas Johnson.
