To son, James, 'my 3 rd bed, bedstead and appurtenances one coffer and one box' to be delivered to him when he attains the age of 21; also the sum of £10 plus any interest when he reaches 21.
All the rest of stock and household goods to John Scudamore esq., the elder, of Kenchurch and James Gilbert of Llancillo to be sold to pay legacies,expenses and debts
