1. Will [2pages] dated 15 September 1827:
Beneficiaries: To friends, James Hoddell, yeoman of Longtown and William Powell, husbandman of Llanveynoe, all beds, bedding, linens, plate household goods and furniture, brewing and dairy utensils. Also all farming stock, cattle, horses, cows, pigs, wheat, barley, oats, peas, grain, hay, clover, implements of husbandry and all other effects and all money due. To be held in trust for wife Ursula during her lifetime and thereafter the estate to pass to the 3 children David Prichard, Elizabeth Prichard and Martha Prichard and one granddaughter Elizabeth Powell Prichard to be divided between the 4 equally.

Executors: James Hoddell and William Powell.
