The mannor of Wilbrook on the part of Magdalen Delahay. (to whit)
At the court leet of our sovereign lord the king and also the court baron of Magdalen Delahay widow lady of the said mannor held at Peter church at the dwelling house of Thomas Draper within the aforesaid mannor the fifth day of October in the seventh year of the reign of our sovereign lord George & the second by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King defender of the faith and so forth An d in the year of our lord God 1733. Before Edward Williams steward.

We the jury sworn to enquire for our sovereign lord the king and the lady of the said mannors do present as followeth.
Imprimis We the said jurors do present the death of Thomas Perkins happening to be murdered by an unlucky accident and by the report of the said Thomas Perkins before his expiration,he was murdered by the horn of a cow.
Also we present the smith’s forge within the mannor of Magdalen Delahay widow now in the possession John Draper being a cottage built partly upon the highway and partly upon the lady’s wast it being a cottage lately burnt and having don a considerable damage to the said lady in setting afire her barns And whereas the said John Draper rebuilds the said shop without the ladys consent upon her said wast . Therefore we fine the said John Draper in one pound for the rebuilding therefore and in ten shillings every month for the continuance thereof.
Also we present the several persons hereunder named being tenants within the said mannor and having been duely summoned to this court and not appearing (vizt.) George Parry, Lewis Powell, Sylvanus Lloyd, William Hall, John Draper, William Hancocks, John Gwyn, Charles Watkins and Thomas Jones and we amerce them to 2s each.
