Beneficiaries: To wife, Ann, all his dwelling house and land known as the Great House for her life time or for as long as she remains un-married. On her death or re-marriage it is to go to son, Benjamin, subject to his paying the following legacies:
To son, John, now living in
London , £5.
To son, William, £5.
To son, Rowland, £5
If any of these three sons die before receiving their legacy then that legacy is to be retained by Benjamin.
To Daughter Ann, wife of Francis Johnson, £10
All household stuff to wife Ann for her lifetime and thence to son, Benjamin.
Residual legatee, son, Benjamin.

Executor: son, Benjamin Lewis

Observations

There is no indication of a probate date. The preamble to the inventory gives the date of death as 15 may 1772. it is unclear why NLW has listed this as probated in 1773. Will and 2 inventories:3 sheets in all.
