To his wife, Ann, the cottage etc. in Longtown which he holds by lease dated 9 November 1728 from the Lord Abergavenny for her lifetime and remains unmarried and thereafter, or if she re-marries, to his son James during the remainder of the term
To my daughter, Ann Lloyd, 1/-
To son, James, Blanch Powell's chest.
'As to my household stuff of all sots I leave to be equally divided by my wife after her days between my four children James, Ann, Hannah and Elizabeth.
