New Inn Farm forms part of the small rural hamlet of Lower Maescoed in the parish of Newton, which lies deep in south-west Herefordshire on the edge of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons National Park. The property was once the village inn but is now an unspoilt smallholding with a pretty 2/3 bedroom cottage which retains many of its original features. It is surrounded by its own land which extends to approximately five acres and also includes a single storey stone barn and a useful pole barn.
