Will dated 8 August 1654 with:

Benficiaries: To the poor of Michaelchurch Eskley, 'the worth of 2/- in bread' to be divided between them on 'the usual day called Good Friday yearly' for the next 3 years.
To Phillipp Rogers, son, £18 plus the interest owed.
To son, Richard Price, £30.
To son, Thomas price the younger, £50 when he reaches 21.
To daughter Judith, £50 when she reaches 21.
To daughter, Anne Price, the profits and revenues of 3 bonds the first involving Thomas Delahay gent and Margaret Delahay both of Urishay, the second Abell Carwardine of Madley gent and Richard Bythill of Byford, gent  and the third Abell Carwardine, Richard Bythill together with John Malgryn of Bridge Sollars, gent and James Meredith of Preston, yeoman.
Should Richard, Thomas Anne or Judith marry without consent of their mother, the executrix, their legacy is to be divided amongst those that are unmarried.
To John Price, William Price, Thomas Price and Mair price, the 4 children of son David, £4 to be equally divided between them.
To John Lewis and Elizabeth Lewis, children of Thomas Lewis, £2 to be divided between them.
To Alice, loving wife, the residue of 'my goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever I possess and is unbequeathed towards the relief and maintenance of the said Richard, Thomas, Judith and Anne so long as they continue unmarried.'
