2. Inventory: undated; no total but comes to £14?? 13?? 2d. Appraisers: Phillip Griffith, Thomas David and Thomas Lewis.

Observations:

The will is clearly a copy of the original as all the names of the witnesses are written out in the same hand with no individual marks. The Inventory too seems to be a copy in the same hand as the will.
The documents include a bond dated 10 June 1636 with bounden Elizabeth Powell of Michaelchurch Eskley, spinster and William James of of Cusop, yeoman in a surety of £200
The cover sheet has a date of April 1636, but whether this was the month in which the testator died or the month when the will reached the probate office is not clear.
His inventory is reproduced below with modern spelling.
