To son John Francis, a meadow called Ould Charles Meadow subject to the payment of £50 to Thomas Watkins of Madely.
To wife, Susanah Francis the freehold messuage and blacksmith's shop where he dwells
To daughter, Mary Lewis of Bacton, daughter, Susanah Prosser and youngest daughter, Sarah Francis, £5 each.
