Beneficiaries: Executors are to sell everything and put the money to payment of debts and funeral expenses. The surplus is to be disposed of as follows:
To his brother, Francis, £2.
To nephew Timothy Howard '(now servant with me)', £5.
To sister, Ann, £2.
'Also I forgive my brother, James Howard, the sum of £50 and interest, which he now ows me'.
Any surplus money to be shared equally by his brothers Howard and Robert

Executors: Brothers, Howard Howard and Robert Howard.

Marked by testator.

Witnesses: Gabriel Evans and William Lewis.
