Beneficiaries: To wife Katherine, 'all goods cattle and chattels and all the profits etc from his real estate as long as she remains un married and until son James attains the age of 21, when he is to inherit half the real estate.
To the three youngest children he bequeaths £20 each when they reach the age of 21 to be paid by their brother James.
The other half of the estate to go to son George when he attains the age of 21 but he is to pay to the testator's two daughters £30 each when they reach 21.
On wife Katherine's death, all household stuff with the exception of a few nominated items to be divided equally between his youngest children.
