Beneficiaries: To son in law, Thomas Williams of Stanton in the parish of Llanvihangel Crucorney, 'my leasehold land and premises called Priks Lands in Michaelchurch Eskley subject to payment of £6 annuity to my daughter Sarah, wife of William Watkins of Michaelchursh during the term of the lease', and after the death of Sarah to granddaughter, Mary Watkins daughter of William and Sarah.
If his daughter, now wife of Thomas Williams, should die in child birth with the child she is currently pregnant with and the child dies then the remaining term in Priks Farm shall pass to Sarah and Thomas Williams shall pay her the £6 annually without the control of her husband. If daughter Mary dies but if the child survives, then Thomas Williams is to receive the issues and profits of Pikes Farm, subject to payment of the annuity.
To his son, John Perkkins and his heirs, all copyhold lands and tenements in Michaelchurch Eskley and
Newton . In default of any heirs, the property to pass to Mary and Sarah and their heirs.
All personal estate to Thomas Williams.
Samuel Exton of Michaelchurch Eskley to be trustee.
