First an instruction to be buried within the parish church of Michaelchurch Escley
Beneficiaries:
St David's Cathedral, 12d.
To 'daughter Catherine and John Prees son in law and their heirs, the messuage, tenement, barns outhouses etc together with the lands and commons etc lying in Michaelchurch Escley.
[Almost all the rest of the document is taken up with contingences if Catherine and John have no heirs or what is to happen if Catherine pre deceases John or vice versa]
Finally all his livestock and moveable property is to be divided into two parts one part for John and Catherine and the other for his second daughter Ales Powell.
Executor: son in law John Prees, son of Phillip Thomas Prees..
No indication on this copy whether signed or marked by testator.
Witnesses: Marmaduke Lewis, Hugh Lewis, Phillip Thomas Prees, Beniamine Parry .

There is some doubt about whether the will above was in fact Abraham Powell's last will see the endorsement at the end of the second inventory.
Because there are two different inventories they are marked I1 and I2 are reproduced below:

A true plaine and p[er]fect accompte made by of Phillipp Thomas Prees natural and lawful father and tutor and guardian during his minority of John Prees executor named in and by the last will and testament of Abraham Powell late whilst he lived in the p[ar]ish of Michaelchurch Esklie deceased made as well of all and singular such goods cattells and chattells
rights [next words faded undecipherable] of the said deceased as came to his hands knowledge and possession as also of all payments and disbursements as he hath paid and layed out and expended for the said deceased as followeth;
Inprimis this Accomptants chardgeth himself with the some
of 4li 17s and 4d of lawful money of England being the true li s d
value of all and singular the goods cattells and chattels of
the said Decedent as app[ear]eth by an Inventorie thereof
made and annexd unto the will of the said Dec. 4 17 4*
Out of which sume this accomptant Desireth and humblie
prayeth to be allowed of several sums by him payd and
disbursed for the said testator as hereafter maye appear
Imprimis this accomptant craveth allowance of the
testators funeral expences which are thes particular vizt
For his shrowd and other necessaries thereto 10s 8d
For 6 bushells of Menille [?] 19s for 3 bushells and a halfe
of wheate 17s 6d For 4li of candles 2s For one pound of
waxe 1s For cheese 14s 6d For 8 bucks of butter 8s
For Cakes 2s For beer att the Church 12s and paid to
Maude Peeter for watching 1s all which doe amounte in toto
to the sume of 4 7 8
Item this Accomptant further craveth allowance of the
chardges that he hath byn att in p[er] veinge the said
testators will which are these particulars vizt For
engroseing the will and sealing thereof for a citation
under seale surveing the same to call John William
Prichard to wayfe [waive] his cavet [caveat] and [words
faded and undecipherable] p[ro]ctots fee 1s 6d
For drawing of two Inventoriesand a bond 2s and for
this accompatants paines and travel in goeing to Brecon
at three several times he desireth to be allowed 6s
of all wch sume amounteth unto 1 12 6
Item this accomptant also hath lent to Abraham Powell
the testator the second day of February 1645 1 0 0
and for fower yarde and a haulfe of redd cloth which the
testator owed unto this accomptant 19 7
And for Drawing two of these accomptes and his Dischardge
att the yeares end out of the concistorie office att Brecon 6 9
