(2) Philip David, late of St Clodock, Officer of Excise, now residing near Preston, co Lancs

A messuage, garden, orchards and 30 acres of land in par St Michael Church Eskley, late in the occupation and in lease to Thomas David for 3 lives which expired about 6 weeks since (boundaries given).

For the lives of (2), Thomas, the son of Timothy Pritchard of Craswell husbandman, aged 1 and Evan, son of Evan Thomas of Craswell tailor, aged 6.

Rent 3/6d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
