Final Agreement made 1655 between Thomas Powell plaintive and Jane Mady widow and Jenkin Mady and Mandlyn his wife, defendants regarding [unclear] acres of land, nine acres of meadow, eight acres of pasture and nine acres of woods with appurtenances in Michaelchurch Escley.

Jane, Jenkin and Mandlyn and heirs of Jenkin, acknowledge the aforesaid tenement and appurtenance to be the right of Thomas in return for which Thomas has paid them £41.
