Photograph of a letter addressed to Mrs Capper at Hotel Somerset, Orchard Street, [London] W1 from Tresidder & Co, land agents. The letter, dated September 16th 1921, states their client decided the property [Michaelchurch Court] would not suit him, from which it can be inferred that at this time Mrs Capper was seeking to either sell or let Michaelchurch Court.

 

Observations:

Mrs Capper’s second husband died in 1921.
