A unique opportunity to purchase a well known working livestock farm on the upper slopes of Herefordshire’s Golden Valley. Wern Willan comprises of a three bedroom part stone and part rendered farmhouse complete with a range of steel frame buildings and covered silage pit which are surrounded by about 84.84 acres (34.33 hectares) or thereabouts of land.

Wern Willan farm is situated on the Western side of Herefordshire’s renowned and picturesque Golden Valley and is located about 13 miles south west of Hereford and 8 miles south east of Hay-on-Wye and accessed from the public road by a track entrance. The farms location offers panoramic views of the Golden Valley to the east.

Both the farmhouse and farm yard are neatly clustered together at the end of a track entrance. The farmhouse is a three bedroom part stone part rendered cottage with some later ground floor extensions, with garden to front and parking to the rear. The farm buildings are all steel framed to include three modern type steel apex frame sheds, including a covered silage pit, and two Dutch barns with all the buildings fronted by concrete yard. The holding is run as a livestock farm with ample modern buildings to accompany the land. The land is currently down to permanent pasture with the benefit of a piped spring water supply to the house and buildings.
