Conveyance dated 20^th February 1990 of the Michaelchurch Estate from Rosemary Claire Hunter, Alan Lawrence Banes, and Michael Andrew Richard Hunter to John Williams and Peggy Maud Williams. The schedules to the Conveyance include detailed maps and descriptions of the Estate lands and buildings concerned in the parishes of Michaelchurch Escley, Craswall, St Margarets, Llanveynoe, Newton and Longtown, including Ordnance Survey references, acreage and relevant rights of way, drainage and entry rights, water supply rights, commoners rights and so on. There is a comprehensive recital of a total of 34 legal documents affecting the Estate properties, commencing with the Vesting Deed of 31st December 1926. The sale included the Lordships of the Manors of Ewyas Harold and Craswall, together with the associated manorial rights, which passed to John Williams.
