Photographs of a disentailing deed dated 4th April 1928 between the trustees of the Michaelchurch Escley Court Estate, Lionel Guy Trafford and Guy Rawson Trafford, and the grantor Richard Randolph William Rawson Trafford of Michaelchurch Court. The disentailing assurance deed forms part of a series of transactions by means of which the provisions of the Settled Land Act of 1923 were implemented and the Michaelchurch Estate was taken out of the hands of the Trustees and conveyed in fee simple to the male heir, RRWR Trafford.
