1. Will: [6 pages] dated 10 May 1833 with mark:

'By indentures of Lease and release dated 1831, the release made or expressed between Edward Merrick and the testator on the one part and John Price of the Moody, gent of the other part and by fore and virtue of a Fine Sur Conveyance de droit come ceo' duly acknowledged by Ed Merrick and Testator with Jo Price as of the Hilary term 1831.
[The following properties 1. & 2. named and listed form a trust for Mary Merrick whilst 3 is excluded from the trust but seems to form a separate trust]
1. The
Groves , John Price Tanners, Eustances Land all of which was previously generally known as The Groves and had been in the occupation of Edward Merrick or his under tenants.
2. Tyr Jenkin otherwise known as Cae Issa formerly in the tenure of James Addis and afterwards Martha Prichard and then known as Little Groves and then in the occupation of Edward Merrick or his under tenants
3. The third share of Trewern to Mary belonging, then and for many years past in the occupation of Howell Nicholls.

Beneficiaries: To Edward Merrick husband all save the third part of Trewern
To William Watkins of the Blackhill the interest of the trust of the third part of Trewern
