Second, the interest on £250 at mortgage on Wern a Cwm, Longtown, the property of David Powells, and on a freehold field in parish of Wellington, Co. Hereford, for her life time and then to be shared equally between the children of his brother Phillip Jones and the testator's sisters Elizabeth, Ann and Mary.
