(2) Charles Thomas of Lower Mescod, yeoman

A cottage and garden with 2 plocks of land in the possession of Henry Jones and another plock of land lately purchased of Marjery Morgan widow, being in all about 2 acres and situated in Lower Mescod. (boundaries given).

For lives of (2) aged 40, Racheal, his wife aged 30, and Charles their son aged 1.

Rent 2/- with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: ?Alfred Staples and John Day; Henry Lewis and Job Gilbert.

Endorsed:  Authorisation by Job Gilbert to (2) to enter the above premises, 14 May, 1729. Witnesses Richard Reece and Joseph Roberts.
