A cottage and 1¹/₂  acres of land, part of the Lower Mescoedd in the possession of (2).

For lives of William Morgan, David Morgan and Mary Morgan, sons and daughter of (2).

Rent 1/6d with 2/6d as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: Thomas Atkinson and Arthur Lloyd.

Endorsement by Mary Davies of Par Lanover co Mon, widow (previously Mary Morgan daughter and heir-in-law of (2)) surrendering to (1) the above property, so that (1) might grant a new lease for 3 lives to John Davies of par Bacton, yeoman, grandson of Mary Davies.  1779, June 8

Mary Davies (nee Morgan) of par Lanover agrees to surrender premises in par Clodock to (1) for their releasing to John Davies; that Jane Morgan had 2 sons who died unmarried in her lifetime, leaving Mary Morgan her heir-in-law.
