Photograph of Indenture dated 9th April 1788 between James Gilbert, Jane Gilbert, and William Watkins, by which William Watkins purchased for the sum of £19 “that dwelling house or tenement called by the name of the house of old William Prichard, so called in a indenture being the settlement of [?Alys] Probert upon her husband James Probert … dated 19th February 1736.”
There is also reference to another document dated 1772.
