Photograph of a Conveyance dated 2nd November 1819 between John Watkins, husbandman, Lewis Morgan, labourer, and the Reverend John Rogers, Vicar of Longtown. The latter purchased the property for £110, of which £46 - 14s was paid to Lewis Morgan in discharge of a loan and interest secured on the property.
