Beneficiaries: To His wife Mary, for her lifetime, all his messuages etc in Llanveynoe all of which with the exception of his farm called Brasnoll which is already mortgaged can be charged with the payment of his debts and funeral expenses. After her death the estate goes into trust to his friend William Powell of The Hill, Llanigon , Brecon, farmer, during the life of his daughter, Mary, wife of Mr George Woodcock. Daughter Mary to have the rents and profits of all his Messuages in Llanveynoe , which after her death would go to her child or children.
If daughter, Mary, has no children, his property was to go to his cousin John Anthony of Craswall , yeoman 'nevertheless charged… with…the sum of £500', which he bequeathed to his cousin Benjamin Jennings of the City of Hereford, marble and stonemason.
