Beneficiaries: To wife Mary his two freehold estates, the Darren and Olchon, livestock and money. After her decease to go to his son Thomas Probert. Also £50 to each of the following, sons John, James, David, William, George, Henry and Charles, and to daughters Mary, Elizabeth, Anne, Hannah and Blanch Probert . The money to be paid out of the estate by his son Thomas.
Wife, Mary, to be sole executrix.
