Beneficiaries:
To Thomas Watkins, the cottage known as Rothoros[?] where the testator is living and 'wherein Thomas Watkins did formerly inhabit'; and another messuage known as David Prichard lands currently occupied by Thomas Evans also in Llanveynoe, in trust to sell and pay off the mortgage and interest. From what remains Thomas Watkins is to pay Elizabeth Edwards £20 and her daughter, Jane, £80.
If there be any money left over this too to go to Jane, but both it and the £80 are to be invested until she reaches 21, the interest to be used for her maintenance.
Thomas Watkins to act in trust to receive rents and profits from another cottage where 'Jane Lewis did formerly live' and where he, Thomas Watkins is now living; and to pay from them an annual sum of £5 to the Testator's wife, Mary.
To cousin, James Meredith, £10, if there is that much left. On Mary's death all the rent etc to go to Jane , above.
But first of all out of the said rent Thomas Watkin is to pay for advertisements to search for 'my son that went out of the County.'
To the executor, ' my Mare' .Household goods and all other property are to go towards funeral expenses.
To Thomas Watkins, £2 2 0d for his trouble.
