a ] Will , 26 February 1791 'I bequeath all that my messuage …now in the occupation of David Gilbert…in the township of Llanveynoe …unto my good friend Elizabeth Price of Olchon in the township of Llanveynoe , widow…subject to the mortgage'. He also leaves £5 to James Thomas of Newton , Cooper and £1 to Ann Price, the natural daughter of his sister Mary Price, deceased.

Elizabeth Price to be executrix.

Witnesses: William Price, James Gilbert, John Symonds
