Beneficiaries:  All my part of the house and land and other hereditaments known by the name of White Haywood to my brother John Gilbert; two pounds yearly to my niece Hannah Gilbert for the benefit of Mary and Ellen Gilbert during the time of ten years; fifty pounds to the children of my sister Mary’s, share and share alike to be paid out of my estate of land; to my brother John all my leasehold estate known by the name of Lloyd’s Lands; to my brother John all my mortgage on a cottage and land in the township of Newton to be divided at his discretion between my sister Elizabeth’s children; to my brother John all my leasehold estate known by the name of Noah Griffith’s Land together with the indenture of lease and after his decease to my niece Hannah Gilbert and at her demise to Mary daughter of the said Hannah.
