1. Will dated 29 August 1827
First all debts, funeral and probate expenses to be settled.
Beneficiaries:
To sister, Ann Watkins of Olchon, £50, should she die before she receives the money it is to be split equally between her two children
To brother, Thomas Watkins, £30
To brother, James Watkins, £30 plus Clock
To brother David Watkins, £30 with best bed, bolster and bed clothes.
To Brother Peter Watkins, £30 plus chest of drawers, six silver spoons and one silver sugar tongs.
To niece Ann, wife of Arnold George of Ponty Moody, £19 19s.
To nephews John and George Watkins, £10 each when they reach 21.
To Brother William Watkins all the rest and residue of her property except her wearing apparel which is to left to sister, Ann.
