Beneficiaries: To his son, Thomas Meredith, all his freehold estates in the parish of Clodock, together with all the rent and arrears of rent due from tenants, towards the payment of £10, which he borrowed, to his niece, Elizabeth Lewis of Abergavenny, and towards the interest on the mortgage on the said estates.
To his son, Thomas, 2 large tables with benches, 'the one at the upper house the other at the lower house'. Thomas is also to have 3 hogsheads, 'two of which is at the little barn at the lower house the other at Thomas Prosser[?] with all Boards and moveable belonging' on the estates. He leaves him a few other household goods.
To his daughter Susannah, wife of John Jones, carpenter, 10/-, to be 'paid to herself and to no other'.
To his daughter, Helen, wife of Phillip Parry, 10/-.
To his granddaughter, Mary, daughter of Phillip Parry[?] and Helen, £5, to be paid within three years of his decease.
