A cottage or dwelling house with buildings garden and 17 ac of land occupied by (2) lying on Forrest Hene in Craswall, in the possession of (2) and John Jones her nephew.

For the lives of Daniel Jones, sole surviving life in a surrendered lease, John Jones aged about 12, son of Samuel Jones and nephew of (2) and Hannah Watkins aged about 37, daughter of Thomas Watkins of Merdee in Clifford.

Rent 13/4d with 6/8d as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: Charles Hawkins, John Attersoll, John Gilbert and Thomas ?.
