2 newly erected cottages and gardens with 2 ac of land in the possession of (2) and Anne Powell his mother in law on Forrest Hene township of Crasswall, co Heref. (boundaries given).

For the lives of Elizabeth aged 40, the wife of (2), Anne aged 15 and Elizabeth aged 9 their two daughters from 2 Feb 1752 .

Rent 1/- with 2/6 as a heriot and with suit of court.
