This Indenture made the twenty sixth day of October In the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight Between Thomas Profser of the Township of Crasswall in the Parish of Clodock in the County of Hereford yeoman of the one part and Sir George Cornewall of Moccas Court in the County of Hereford Baronet of the other part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of two shillings of lawful British money to the said Thomas Profser in hand paid by the said Sir George Cornewall at or before the execution hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged He the said Thomas Profser hath bargained and sold and by these presents Doth bargain and sell unto thesaid Sir George Cornewall his Executors administrators and afsigns All that messuageor Tenement Farm and Lands commonly called or known by the name of Birches situate lying and being in the Township of Craswall in the Parish of Clodock in the County of Hereford formerly in the pofsefsion of the said Walter Profser but now of the said Thomas Profser Andalso all that other mefsuage Tenement or Cottage with the Lands and Hereditaments thereunto belonging and commonly called or known by the name of Maes Lawens also situate lying and being in the Township of Craswall in the Parish of Clodock in the County of Hereford aforesaid and now in the pofsefsion of William Pritchard and also all the houses outhouses Edifices Buildings Folds Court Yards Gardens orchards Lands arable meadows Leasows Pastures Feedings woods underwoods and the ground and soil thereof Trees Hedges Ditches Commons Common of pasture Profit Priviledges advantages Emoluments Rights members and appurtenances whatsoever to the said mefsuage or Tenements Farm Lands Hereditaments and premises respectively belonging or in any wise appertaining or therewith or with any part thereof usually held used occupied pofsefsed or enjoyed or accepted reputed deemed taken or known for or as part parcel or member thereof or appurtenant thereunto and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents ifsues and profits of the said premises and of every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said mefsuages or Tenements Farm Land Hereditaments and all and singular other the premises and hereby bargained and sold or so to be and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Sir George Cornewall his Executors administrators and afsigns from the day of the date hereof for and during and unto the full end and term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be ended yielding and paying therefore upon the last day of the said Term unto the said Thomas Profser his Heirs or afsigns the rent of one pepper corn if demanded To the Intent that by virtue of these presents and by force of the statute made for transferring of uses into pofsefsion he the said Sir George Cornewall may be in the actual possession of all and singular the premises hereby bargained and sold and be thereby enabledto accept and take a Grant release and confirmation of the same premises and the freehold reversion and Inheritance thereof unto him his heirs and afsigns for ever In witnefs whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written
