To son Phillip, one red coloured 4 year old heifer and her calf, also a pied 2 year old bullock
To son Lyson, one black cow called Blackey and her calf and a one year old bull.
To daughter, Sibill, one ox called Mark and a year old red bullock.
To grandson Thomas Lucas, one yellow 2 year old heifer.
To granddaughter, Sibill, 'my eldest son's daughter', one 2 year old brown heifer.
To godson, Thomas Jones, one red 3 year old heifer.
To son in law, Lucas David, 'one cow wch he hath allready in his custody'
In addition to son Phillip, a brown 2 year old colt; and to daughter Sibill, a brown 3 year old mare colt.
' all the rest of my p[er]sonal estate I give and bequeath to my.....[ the next page is missing so we have no executor, date, signature or witnesses nor a probate or admon date.]

Observations:

The second page of the will is missing.
The documents include a commission signed by
Rogers the Deputy Registrar dated 11 May 1641 and a bond dated 11[?] May1641 with bounden Dorothy John of Clodock, widow, Phillipp Evan of Llanbedr and Lyson Thomas of Clodock in a surety of [unreadable]
Note the two men's signatures are identified as Phe [Phillip] Bevan and Leison Bevan respectively.
On the reverse of the bond is a short statement, 'sealed and delivered to Wm Miles cl to the use of my Lord Bisopp in the p[re]sence of Morgan Powell, Lewis Powell and James Probert.   

His inventory is reproduced below with modern spelling.
