Beneficiaries:
To daughter, Margaret, £7 which is in the hands of Mistress Thomas of Newcourt and £4 more due from John Prichard of St Margarets, together with 27 ewes and lambs.
To daughter, Mauld, 27 ewes and lambs.
To wife, Anne, 10 ewes and a cow as well as all the money and household stuff she brought as her portion to the marriage.
To Margaret and Mauld, all the rest of the household stuff and all the implements of husbandry to be divided equally between them.
To David Watkin of Craswall, 2 lambs.
To sister, Margery, 2 ewes.
To wife and two daughters, all the corn and grain in the house and barn. Also between them, the dwelling house and cottages with their land; viz To wife, Anne the third part during her life and on her death then the whole property to be divided half and half to Margaret and Mauld who are also to have all the rest of his cattle.
To Mauld, 40/- which is in the hands of Harry John William of Llanveynoe.
If Mauld should die then the whole estate passes to Margaret.

There is a list at the end of the will of small creditors headed ' money due to the testator wch was lent out of purse'

The documents include a bond dated 26 November with bounden David Watkin of Craswall, yeoman and Mauld Landon of the same, spinster in a surety of £200.
