Beneficiaries: To Simon John Phillips, 25 sheep in discharge of a debt of £5 by specialty. Catherine, wife, is charged to deliver the sheep.
To Catherine, wife, one four year old heifer, one two year old heifer, 5 sheep and 2 lambs and [?] two brassen kettells [these last are a guess as original is badly blotted at this point]
To son, William, one 'brassen potte'
'The rest of my household stuff to my two children Phillip and William equally, …the use of them unto their mother during her life'.
To his two children his house but Phillip can buy out William for £15.

Inventory includes 8 and a half yds of woollen cloth and 2 'stocks of beaes' . Documents include a partially written bond and a coversheet; 4 sheets in all.
