Lower Mescoed leased from the Earl of Abergavenny. On her death it is to go to his nephew and niece, John and Elizabeth Jones, son and daughter of his brother James Jones, equally.
To brother William Jones, 40/- annually to be paid by Rachel out of the rents from the property left her.
To Mary Davis, niece, daughter of William Davis, £10.
