Beneficiaries: To wife, Constance , all goods, cattle and chattels for the maintenance of the children during her widowhood. Should she remarry then the legacy to be equally divided between Constance and the children.

Executor: father, Thomas Prichard with brothers in law Harry John William and James Nicholl as overseers.

Witnesses: Thomas Nicholl, Sible Prichard, Shusana Nicholl and James Nicholl.
