Beneficiaries: To Katherine, wife, £40 plus corn sufficient for her to subsist until May and in May 6 bushels of corn, 6 bushels of oats and a further 6 bushels of corn at next harvest, together with all household stuff except a cupboard, a table board and bedstead which he gave to Thomas Watkins together with 40/-due from a desperate debt owed by Roger Watkins.
To Niece, Katherine Bowen, £20, a feather bed, a pair of sheets, a coverlet and 6 bushels of corn at May next and 6 at harvest.
To nephew, William Bowen, £9 and a suit of clothes, plus 40/- which is a desperate debt owed to the testator by Roger Watkins.
To brother in law, Lewis Bowen and his 4 children, £10, that is to say £2 each.
To Mabel Francis, 20/-.
To Roger Watkins, remission of £5 of the £9 debt owed to the testator by specialty.
To stepson, William Watkins, £5
To Jane Lucas, 2 bushels of corn.
To John Rees, 4 bushels of corn at the next harvest.
