1.Nuncupative Will dated February 1622.
Beneficiaries:
Impossible to make any sense of this will as so much of the document had been lost. The whole of the right hand half of the page was missing so only incomplete sentences and phrases could be deciphered.
2. Inventory: no date survived but a total value of £9 3[?] 4d was given. Assessors:

There is an accompanying bond with bounden John Thomas yeoman of Clodock and Christopher [?] Powell, also a yeoman of Clodock.
Only the left hand side of the inventory survives and there are only values surviving for the last two items. The inventory is reproduced below with modern spelling:
