(2) Ann David of par Clodock, widow, and devisee of Phillip David, late of par Clodock, labourer, dec’d
Consideration: £20/5/-
Recites surrender of former lease granted by William, Lord Abergavenny, long since deceased, to Phillip David, deceased, dated 28 Feb 1738, for certain lives, one of which is still living.
A house occupied by (2) with buildings, garden and 21/2 acres of land in par Clodock (boundaries given).
For the lives of Ann David aged about 70, John David son of (2) aged about 35, and William Prichard aged about 15, son of William Prichard of Newton township, co Heref, husbandman.
Rent 2/- with 5/- as a heriot and 5/- at the alienation of the said premises and with suit of court.
